It made me realize that one step at a time is okay, it made me less stressed that everything has to be solved or feel good right now, I can slowly work towards feeling better.

I like that I can leave and work on what I need to work on and come back to pick up the conversation. And now I have clear goals I can write out and work towards achieving.

The AI coach asked good questions that reflected back to me but also provided support when I needed it. Also very good at closing the session and let us look to the next one.

I really liked how it got to the main points of my dilemma, and how it "listened" and reflected to ask actionable questions.

It was quick and useful! I was very suprised with how it got me thinking about the strategy, structure and execution of it all.
